Sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly, with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a queen Murphy bed. Step outside and enjoy ocean views from the balcony, or relax on the private fenced patio featuring a dining area, a fun putting green for all ages. The beach access is just across the street—close enough to hear the waves, easy enough for quick trips back and forth. HOUSE RULES AGE & OCCUPANCY Primary guest booking must be 21+ and must remain on the property for the entire stay. Proof of age may be requested. Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time. NO PARTIES / NO EVENTS No parties, gatherings, or unauthorized guests. This is strictly enforced due to local residential rules. NO PETS No pets are allowed on the property at any time. If pets are brought onto the property, an additional deep cleaning fee will be charged and the reservation may be subject to cancellation without refund. NOISE Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Guests must respect neighbors at all times. SMOKING / SUBSTANCES No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances anywhere on the property. Violations may result in immediate removal and additional cleaning/damage charges. DAMAGES / CLEANING Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Costs may be charged to the payment method on file. OCCUPANCY Only registered guests may be on the property. Exceeding occupancy limits is a breach of agreement and may result in eviction without refund. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM Unauthorized late check-out may result in fees. SECURITY / LIABILITY Guests agree to follow all property rules and assume responsibility for all occupants. Property owner/management is not responsible for injury, loss, or personal belongings.
